How this watch party hub handles listings.
Listing Trust States
Verified means the listing was reviewed against a source URL, host or venue contact, date/time, address, capacity, and relevant notes. Submitted means it is pending or has limited confirmation. Official/Partner is reserved for listings with direct proof from an organizer or partner.
Private Contact Details
Host contact emails and phone numbers are collected only for verification and moderation. They are not displayed on public pages or returned by public API responses.
Fan Signals
The I'm Going button is a lightweight attendance signal, not a reservation, ticket, guarantee of entry, or capacity hold. Venues control their own admission, age rules, food and drink policies, and safety procedures.
Reports And Corrections
Fans can report wrong details, cancellations, duplicate listings, spam, or safety concerns from each party page. Reports go to the admin review queue before public listing changes are made.
Outdoor And Public Screens
Outdoor or public-screen listings should include organizer and permit notes where applicable. Fans should confirm the latest details before traveling, especially for large crowds or weather-sensitive events.
